Upon arrival if you have a great deal of luggage you can briefly stop in front of the building or at the corner of Patton and Church to unload. Proceed into the front door of the food hall entrance and bear right where you will see the elevators to the unit. If your luggage is light we suggest upon arrival proceed to the Coxe Ave Garage located at 52 Coxe Ave and Sears Alley. Proceed NE to the back of the 56 Patton building and enter through the employee's back door. There are no markings on this door but you will see a keypad for entry only. Note that there are about 4 steps and this is a working entrance for the food hall. Go up a single set of steps to the first door on the right which puts you inside 56 Patton. Elevators on the left to the unit.    Arrival Time: 4:00 PM  Departure:11:00 AM    Home Address:  56 Patton Ave Unit 404, Asheville 28801    As this is a secure building you will need the following codes: 09649 for both the front and back doors of 56 Patton    1217#for the elevator to the 4th floor    Vacation Rental Unit Entry Key Code: Your unit key code is:2373# Please note that your entry code will not work until 4:00 PM, the scheduled arrival time.  Wifi Network:  spectrumSetup29    Wifi Password: spaceclerk051    Parking: The building does not have parking included. Maintenance and After Hours Emergencies:

If you have any maintenance issues, please call the office immediately at 828-505-8188. For after-hours emergencies related to your vacation rental, please call the office where you will be directed to the correct extension. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.    Cleaning Requirements/Pre-departure Instructions:  A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Housekeeping can be provided on a daily basis for an additional $50 fee per day. Please arrange for this in advance. Failure to comply with the pre-departure cleaning requirements which results in excessive cleaning will be charged to the Guest credit card at $50/hour with a one hour minimum.    (1) Place remove the linens from beds and place with the towels in a pile in the bathroom.  (2) All dirty dishes, cookware, and eating utensils should be put in the dishwasher and started upon your departure. There should be no dishes left in the sink. (3) Floors should be in generally good condition and ready to be vacuumed and mopped by our housekeepers.  (4) All household trash, garbage, recycling and/or other discarded items should be properly bagged up so as to avoid spillage/leakage and placed in the appropriate cans.  (6) All appliances (stove, oven, grill, etc.) should be left in a clean condition and free of spills and grease. (7) Do not leave wet towels on the furniture or bed. (8) Upon departure please leave the thermostat on 70 degrees in the winter and 76 degrees in the summer.     Linens and Towels: Bath towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided. Please allow us to wash the property's linens unless you need clean linens during your stay. Extra sheets and towels are provided if you are staying a week or longer.
